CE Certification

jackjames1111/09/26 09:278

ce certification refers to the process of demonstrating that a product meets appicable European Union (EU) health, safety, and environmental requirements when CE marking is required. The process may include identifying applicable EU legislation, assessing risks, conducting required testing, preparing technical documentation, completing the conformity assessment procedure, issuing an EU Declaration of Conformity, and affixing the CE marking. Depending on the product and applicable legislation, a Notified Body may need to be involved. CE marking helps manufacturers demonstrate compliance and support access to the European Economic Area (EEA) market.
