“The Wings” is a magnum opus that fuses disparate elements into a breathtaking whole. The wings, adorned with a kaleidoscope of objects and metallic whimsies, are a testament to Aydin’s ability to harmonize the diverse fragments of his own experiences. His involvement in the immersive fear-themed performance, “KORKU,” showcases his versatility and willingness to engage with diverse narratives. The “Head” installation, a central element in the performance, emerges as a symbol of the tumultuous human mind. Comprising “thought threads,” pain relief pills, and fragments of diary entries, the installation transforms chaos into a visual spectacle. The eyes and mouth, formed by light elements, impart a dual nature to the “Head"—playful yet menacing, mirroring the complexity of the human psyche. Aydin’s contribution to “KORKU” perfectly complements the experimental nature of the project, reinforcing the immersive exploration of fear.
